Tuna Stew Casserole

from Grandma K....made it often to take

1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups cubed raw potatoes
2  cups sliced raw carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (6 oz) flaked tuna
1/4 cup parsley
10 buttered bread triangles

Mix soup, water, milk, slat, pepper.  Add potatoes, carrots, onion, tuna, and parsley.  Put in casserole.  Top with bread. (Maybe the parsley goes on top of the bread.)  Bake.
