Enchilada Casserole

N's version of Oven Cheese Enchiladas

1 package cream cheese
1 to 2 cans refried beans
1 to 2 cans enchilada sauce
plenty of flour tortillas (about a package), cut in quarters
1 or 2 can black or pinto beans
if you like, cooked ground beef, chicken, or other meat
finely chopped green onions

Mix a can or two of refried beans with a package of cream cheese.  Put a small portion of the enchilada sauce on the bottom of the pan, and then spread the refried bean mixture onto the quartered tortillas.  Continue layering all the ingredients in a similar fashion, until the casserole is complete.  bake for about 25-35 minutes at 375 degrees F.  Serve with lettuce, sour cream, salsa, hot sauce, and chopped tomatoes.
