Aunt S____'s Low-Fat Pound Cake

2 1/4 flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 cup white or brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Mix dry ingredients, except sugar, in a bowl and set aside.  Cream sugar and margarine; add vanilla and eggs.  Beat until smooth.  Add flour alternately with milk and yogurt.  Beat until well blended, 2-3 minutes.  Turn into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350F.

Contains about 175 Calories and 7 grams of fat per slice.
