7-10 potatoes
1-2 bags frozen spinach
curry powder
salt
red pepper
tandoori masala (optional)
Saute diced potatoes in oil until well browned and cooked through - add spinach and a good amount of curry powder, salt, red pepper, perhaps some tandoori masala, or anything else. Only use fresh spinach if you have more time and money than good sense.
