2 cans garbanzo beans
oil
one or two onions
spices (including salt, pepper, red pepper, cumin, and tandoori masala)
Heat olive oil until just before it starts smoking, consistency of water, add the garbanzo beans and the onion (diced or sliced) - add the onion first for softer result, or last for firmer. Allow to cook until garbanzo beans have browned, adding spices at your fancy.
