Crepes

4 eggs Or 2 eggs
1 cup flour 1⅓ cups flour
1 cup milk 2 cups milk
pinch of salt (2 T oil, ½ t salt optional)

Mix all ingredients with whisk. Melt butter in skillet. Pour some batter in skillet; tilt skillet to make large round crêpe. Flip. Remove to warm platter. Spread with butter and syrup or fruit. Roll up and eat.
