German Pancakes

10 eggs (Mom sometimes used 6 but usually uses at least 8)
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
½ tsp. salt (Mom doesn’t use salt)
1 stick margarine (Mom used a half a stick and likes it better that way)

Melt margarine in 9x12 baking pan in 375°- 400° oven. Mix eggs, flour, milk, salt; pour in margarine – leave coating in pan. Mix. Pour into pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, syrup, or fruit.
