Mix for a 2 layer cake
1 egg
⅓ cup water
⅓ cup oil
nuts, coconut, chocolate chips (optional)
Mix well; spread in greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Some cake mixes work better than others. Bars may be frosted or not.
