French Toast: Savory & Sweet

Savory:
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
Parmesan cheese

Sweet:
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
sugar
cinnamon
vanilla (optional)
nutmeg (optional)

Mix eggs and milk. Mix in other ingredient(s). Cut slices of bread horizontally into 4 strips. Dip into egg mixture. Fry in oil-coated skillet.
