Overnight French Toast

















Ingredients:
1 loaf Kneaders' chunky cinnamon bread, cut into 8 slices (about 1" thick)
8 eggs
3 cups milk
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 Tbsp butter (plus extra for greasing the baking dish)

Optional toppings:
Kneaders' caramel syrup
Whipped cream
Strawberries

Generously butter 9x13" glass baking dish.  Slice 1 loaf of Kneaders' chunky cinnamon bread into eight slices (about 1" thick).  Place bread into baking dish.

In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk,brown sugar, salt, and vanilla.  Pour mixture over bread.

Cut 2 Tbsp butter into small pieces and sprinkle over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 350F.  Uncover bread and bake 45-50 minutes.  Serve with Kneaders' caramel syrup, whipped cream, and strawberries.
