Ingredients:
1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 tsp mint extract
green food coloring
1 egg
1 cup creme de menthe baking chips (she uses Andes brand)
1 cup chocolate chips
Heat oven 350F. In large bowl, mix butter, mint extract, food coloring, and egg until a soft dough forms. Stir in creme de menthe baking chips and chocolate chips. Scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool. Transfer to wire rack.
