3 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 slightly large Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup milk
1 pound or so of any type of fruit
Bring three cups of milk to a boil. Meanwhile, mix half cup sugar with cornstarch, and then stir in a half cup of milk slowly until smooth. Add to milk on the stove as soon as it boils. As soon as it increases quickly in volume, turn down and heat and simmer for five minutes, stirring constantly. Let cool overnight. Puree fruit until very smooth. Add to milk mix, stir well, and then freeze in an ice-cream machine.
