Ellen's Special Rice Crispie Bars

1/4 cup margarine
1 pkg. (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows OR 4 cups miniature marshmallows
5 cups rice crispie type cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
Frosting: Stir about 1 Tbsp. yogurt into 2 cups powdered sugar
sprinkles

Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat.  Add marshmallows and stir until copletely melted.  Cook over low heat for 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly.  Remove from heat.  Add cereal.  Stir until well coated.  Spread half of mixture, or a little less, in a 8x8" or 9x9" square pan.  Put chocolate chips and peanut butter in pan over low heat (or microwave) stirring constantly until chips are melted and blended in with peanut butter.  Spread over rice crispie bars in pan.  Pat other half of rice crispie mixture on top of chocolate.  Spread frosting on top.  Then shake on sprinkles.
