Taos Red Chili

Boil:
2 bags (1 pound) chili Ristras
4 gallons water
1 whole garlic, blended in blender

Add:
oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
salt
pepper

Boil. Cool, blend, and strain. Brown pork and add to chili. Mix 1 bowl cornstarch with water. Add to chili and boil for 20 minutes.
