Hot Artichoke Spread

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
2 tablespoons seeded, chopped tomato

Heat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes until well blended. Spoon into shallow oven-proof dish or 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes, if desired. Try serving with toasted bread cut into cookie cutter shapes.
