Salad Nicoise (Rice Salad)

Combine:
cooked rice, still warm if possible
hard-boiled eggs, sliced
tomatoes, chopped
canned green beans
olives (chopped, sliced, or whole)
onion, chopped
cheddar cheese (or other), cubed
cucumbers, chopped (optional)
canned tuna (optional)

Season to taste with: garlic powder

Pour on vinegar and oil in about a 4 to 1 ratio, or to taste.

Mix well. Can also be made with potatoes instead of rice.
