Red Chile

Corn starch
Garlic oil
Bullion
Cumin
Roast pork (optional)


Boil chile to soften. Remove stems and seeds. Put in blender. Place in saucepan with water and other ingredients; simmer. Dissolve corn starch in warm water. Add gradually while stirring. Simmer until thickened.
