Green Chile

Corn starch
Garlic oil
Bullion
Cumin
Roast pork (optional)

Roast chiles under broiler until dark brown allover. Let cool. Peel. Remove seeds. Dice. Place in saucepan with water and other ingredients; simmer until soft. Dissolve corn starch in warm water. Add gradually while stirring. Simmer until thickened.
