Light Cake Topping

1/4 - ½ cup milk
1 small package instant pudding (can be sugar free)
12 oz. container frozen whipped topping, partially or fully thawed
food coloring (optional)

Dissolve pudding in milk. Fold in whipped topping. Add a few drops of food coloring. Frost cake. Store in fridge.
