1½ cups rolled oats
1½ cups flour
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
¾ cup butter or margarine
¼ tsp. baking soda
16-oz. can whole cranberry sauce
Mix flour, oats, sugar, margarine, and soda together until crumbly. Divide in half. Pack larger half into greased 9x9 inch square pan. Spread cranberry sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Press down with your hand. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
Yield:9 three-inch square cookies
