Unbaked Pie Crust

Cut together to size of small peas:
3 cups flour, sifted or stirred
1 ⅓ cups shortening

Stir to form paste:
⅔ cup water
1 tsp. Salt
6 Tbsp. Flour

Fold paste into flour/shortening mixture. DO NOT STIR. Roll out (from center and to –not over—edge) place in pie tin, trim, add filling, and bake.
