Three Bean Salad

1 cup vinegar
⅔ cup sugar
½ tsp. pepper
2 cans (16 oz.) cut green beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans with liquid (do not drain)
1can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans with liquid (do not drain)
1 large green pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped (about ½ cup)

Mix vinegar, sugar, and pepper; mix in beans, green pepper and onion. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours (or as long as you have time for). Serve with slotted spoon.

8 to 10 servings.
