6 cups popped corn (can also use cereal)
½ cup sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
½ cup chunk-style peanut butter
½ tsp. vanilla
Lightly salt popcorn. In a small saucepan combine sugar and corn syrup; cook and stir over medium heat just until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Immediately pour over popcorn, mixing gently until all is coated. From into balls if desired.
