3 cups oats
½ cup flour
¼ cup sugar (or more)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 jar canned (home bottled) fruit
Combine oats, flour, sugar and oil. Grease frying pan. Dump in fruit. Top with oat mixture. It’s done when the fruit boils up through the ‘crust’ and the ‘crust’ seems set.
