Grandma's Fudge Sauce

1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
1tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients, except vanilla, in saucepan. Bring to boil. Boil until it starts to thicken a little. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Will thicken as it cools.
