5 cups flour
2 cups warm water
2 teaspoons salt
½ cup olive oil (oil may be cut in half)
2 tablespoons yeast
Dissolve yeast in water. Add oil and salt. Add flour and kneed. Let rise 1 ½ hours. Put in pan, top with Parmesan, Romano, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, or rosemary as you please, bake 15 minutes at 400 or until done.
