Fast Chocolate Vinegar Cake

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
½ tsp. soda
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 Tbsp. oil
1 cup water

Sift flour, sugar, soda and cocoa into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Add vinegar, vanilla, oil and water to mixture and stir with fork until smooth. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done. May be iced or topped with whipped cream.
