Cream Cheese Ball

Two 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened (room temperature)
1 whole bunch green onion (or more–2 to 3 x)
½ tsp dry mustard (or more–2x+)
3/4-1 tsp Bon Apatite Seasoning–add more to taste–increases flavor as it sits (I think I usually add 1 tsp.)

Mix all ingredients. Add other ingredients/seasonings as desired-imitation crab, deviled ham, grated cheeses, dill, black pepper, sage, rosemary, can roll in nuts.
