Bread

4 cups water (warm)
1 Tbsp. Yeast
⅔ cup sugar
⅔ cup oil
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 egg (use for sweet breads)

Put warm water, yeast and a pinch of sugar in a large bowl. Let sit 3 to 5 minutes, till grown. Add sugar, oil, and salt. Stir. Add 3 cups flour; stir till smooth. Add 2 cups flour; stir. Add 3 to 4 cups flour one at a time. (Dump.) Place in greased bowl. Cover. Let rise until doubled. Punch down. Raise. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Frosting for sweet breads:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter (or more)
¼ cup milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
little salt cuts sweetness
Add more or less sugar/milk till the frosting reaches the right consistency.
