½ cup sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. salt
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. poppy seed (can use celery seed)
In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except oil and poppy seed. Add other ingredients. Cover; chill. Serve with salad of lettuce and sliced sweet onion if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes about 1 cup
