Baked Eggplant

Spray cookie sheet with pan coat. Slice eggplant into ½” slices. Place on cookie sheet. Spray eggplant with pan oat. Sprinkle on seasoned salt. Bake at 350-375° for 15-20 minutes or until eggplant is tender.
