1 cup pumpkin
2 cups milk
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, flour, and spices (works well to mix together before you add them) and pumpkin. Add milk last. Mix well, do not beat (or it will have separate layers). Bake at 450° for 10 minutes then at 350° for 35 minutes.
